- Physical Shredding: Non-functional, failing, or obsolete drive media that cannot be digitally wiped are physically shredded or degaussed.
- Certificate of Data Destruction: Upon request, a formal Certificate of Data Sanitization / Destruction is issued following complete processing.
3. Responsible Electronics Recycling & E-Waste Disposal
We are dedicated to sustainable environmental stewardship and zero-landfill electronic waste handling.
Zero-Landfill & Environmental Compliance
- R2 / e-Stewards Alignment: All non-reusable electronics, components, and raw materials are routed to certified recycling partners operating under R2 (Responsible Recycling) or e-Stewards standards.
- No Hazardous Landfill Disposal: E-waste—including circuit boards, batteries, power supplies, and CRTs/LCDs—is strictly processed for material recovery and prevented from entering municipal landfills.
- Responsible Export: We strictly prohibit the unauthorized export of hazardous electronic waste to non-OECD developing nations.
Equipment Reuse & Circular Economy
- Where feasible, incoming functional assets are tested, refurbished, and repurposed to extend equipment lifecycles and support a circular economy before material recycling is considered.
