Payment Information

We accept payment by any of the following methods:

Cash at the pick up, PayPal, Bank Transfer, Certified Check, Email Money Transfer, Wire Transfer, VISA, VISA Debit, Master Card, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay

All orders must be prepaid before we can ship out the product.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to certain international destinations.

We use Canada Post tracked shipping to ship all your orders. You will be able to see the shipping cost before placing your order.

You can also use your own shipping company and send us the shipping label to have your order shipped out to you. Just pick the option "I will pick it up myself" and place your order. Once the order is placed, please send your shipping label with order # to shipping@merchantscanada.com please.

You can also pick up your order from our warehouse subject to appointment. Please select the option "I will pick it up myself" on the shipping screen while placing your order.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Merchants Canada Inc. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Merchants Canada Inc. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
