Your Order Cancellation Rights
You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 7 day without giving any reason for doing so.
The deadline for cancelling an Order is 7 days from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
Conditions for Returns
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
The Goods were purchased in the last 7 days
The Goods are in the original packaging
Opened boxes will have a 10% restocking fee
Shipping fee will be deducted from your refund
The following Goods cannot be returned:
The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and tracked mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

Returns/Exchanges:
Please note that any physical damage is not covered under our refunds and exchange policy. Please make sure you do a full inspection of the item you purchased physically before you leave our warehouse or when you receive your order. Merchants Canada Inc. shall not be responsible for any transit damage. You will need to file a claim with the courier/shipping company if anything is found physically damaged when you receive it. We strongly suggest not accepting any package that seems damaged or otherwise loose or opened and report it to the courier company right away.
If you have received a defective item, please contact us within 24 hours of the receipt of the product at rma@merchantscanada.com with details of the product and the defect. You will be provided with an RMA # that will be valid for only 7 business days from the date of its issue. You can then ship back at your expense or drop off the item you consider defective to:

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment. We would like to clarify our return policy regarding defective products. If you request a return label under the claim that the product is defective, please note that our team will inspect the item upon its arrival. In the event that no defect is found, we must inform you that the return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund amount.We aim to keep our policies transparent and ensure a fair shopping experience for all our customers. Refunds Permitted:
We accept returns. You can return unopened items in the original packaging within 02 days of your purchase with original receipt. There will be a 10% restocking fee for any item being returned for refund that does not have any technical fault covered under standard 30 days hardware warranty.
Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a return. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.
Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.
